Key Point: Wallet of USDT is a non-custodial wallet. We do not collect, store, or have access to your private keys, recovery phrases, wallet balances, or transaction history. Your funds are controlled exclusively by you.
1. Introduction
Wallet of USDT ("we," "us," or "our") operates the Wallet of USDT mobile application and web application (collectively, the "Service"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use our Service.
By using Wallet of USDT, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
2. Information We Do NOT Collect
As a non-custodial wallet, we want to be clear about what we do not collect or have access to:
- Private Keys: Your private keys are generated and stored exclusively on your device in the Secure Element. We never have access to them.
- Recovery Phrases: Your 12-word BIP39 mnemonic is generated locally on your device. We never see, store, or transmit it.
- Wallet Balances: We do not track or store your USDT balances. Balance queries are made directly to blockchain nodes.
- Transaction History: We do not maintain records of your transactions. Transaction data is retrieved directly from the blockchain.
- Passwords or PINs: Authentication is handled through device-level Passkey (WebAuthn). We do not process passwords.
3. Information We Collect
We collect minimal information necessary to provide the Service:
3.1 Username Registration (Optional)
If you choose to register a username, we store:
- Your chosen username (e.g., @alice)
- Your associated wallet address (public address only)
- Registration timestamp
This data is stored on our servers to enable the username resolution service.
3.2 Push Notification Tokens (Optional)
If you enable push notifications, we store:
- Firebase Cloud Messaging (FCM) device token
- Your wallet address (to route notifications)
3.3 Device Information
We may collect basic device information for app functionality and crash reporting:
- Device type and operating system version
- App version
- Crash logs and error reports (anonymized)
3.4 Analytics (Anonymized)
We may collect anonymized usage analytics to improve the Service, such as:
- App feature usage frequency (without identifying data)
- Preferred language selection
- General geographic region (country-level, not precise location)
4. How We Use Your Information
We use the limited information we collect for:
- Resolving usernames to wallet addresses when sending USDT

- Providing customer support when requested
- Ensuring service reliability and uptime

5.6 Blockchain Networks
Transactions are broadcast to public blockchain networks (Base, Ethereum, Polygon, Arbitrum, BNB Chain, TRON). All blockchain transactions are public and immutable by nature.
6. Data Storage and Security
We implement industry-standard security measures:
- All server communications use TLS 1.3 encryption
- Username and notification data is stored in encrypted databases
- Server infrastructure is hosted on secure cloud platforms with regular security audits
- Access to server data is restricted to essential personnel only
7. Cloud Backup
The optional Cloud Backup feature works as follows:
- Backup is initiated only by you (user-triggered)
- Your wallet data is encrypted locally on your device using AES-256-GCM encryption before being uploaded
- The encryption key is derived from your Passkey — only you possess the decryption capability
- The encrypted backup is stored in your personal Google Drive account
- We cannot access, read, or decrypt your backup under any circumstances
8. Push Notifications
If you enable push notifications:
- We use Firebase Cloud Messaging (FCM) to deliver notifications
- We monitor blockchain events associated with your public wallet address to detect incoming transfers
- You can disable notifications at any time through the app settings or your device settings
- Disabling notifications will delete your FCM token from our servers
