Last updated: February 27, 2026
Important: Wallet of USDT is a non-custodial wallet. By using this Service, you acknowledge that you are solely responsible for the security of your private keys and the management of your digital assets.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, installing, or using Wallet of USDT (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.
These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Wallet of USDT. We recommend that you read them carefully.
2. Description of Service
Wallet of USDT is a non-custodial cryptocurrency wallet application that enables users to:
- Create and manage ERC-4337 smart contract wallets using Passkey (WebAuthn) authentication
- Send and receive USDT (Tether) across multiple blockchain networks (Base, Ethereum, Polygon, Arbitrum, BNB Chain, and TRON)
- Execute gasless transactions where fees are deducted in USDT via Paymaster services
- Register usernames for simplified address resolution
- Bridge USDT between supported chains
- Purchase USDT through integrated third-party on-ramp services
- Back up encrypted wallet data to cloud storage
Non-Custodial Nature: We do not hold, manage, or control your digital assets. We do not have access to your private keys, recovery phrases, or funds. You are solely responsible for the security and management of your wallet.
3. Eligibility
To use the Service, you must:
- Be at least 18 years of age (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction)
- Have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement
- Not be a resident of any jurisdiction where cryptocurrency transactions are prohibited
- Not be listed on any government sanctions list
- Comply with all applicable local, state, national, and international laws and regulations
4. Wallet Creation and Security
4.1 Wallet Generation
When you create a wallet, the Service generates a private key and associated ERC-4337 smart contract wallet. The private key is stored locally on your device in the Secure Element.
4.2 Recovery Phrase
A 12-word BIP39 mnemonic recovery phrase is generated for backup purposes. It is your sole responsibility to:
- Securely record and store your recovery phrase
- Never share your recovery phrase with anyone
- Understand that losing your recovery phrase may result in permanent loss of access to your funds
4.3 Passkey Authentication
Wallet of USDT uses Passkey (WebAuthn) for transaction signing. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your device and biometric data.
Warning: We cannot recover lost private keys, reset Passkeys, or reverse blockchain transactions. If you lose access to your wallet without a backup, your funds will be permanently inaccessible.
5. User Responsibilities
You agree to:
- Maintain the security of your device and Passkey
- Securely back up your recovery phrase
- Verify all transaction details (recipient address, amount, chain) before confirming
- Understand the risks associated with cryptocurrency transactions
- Comply with all applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction
- Report any security vulnerabilities to us promptly
- Not use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
6. Prohibited Activities

- TRON: 2.00 USDT per transaction
